In many cultures, the sonorous interaction between fauna and humans is a recurring theme, a way of relating that generates a language attributed to becoming-animal. Carried out in municipalities in Quindío and Risaralda, Colombia, Harmonic Cicada presents a kind of dialogue between the artist, who simulates the song produced by the cicada during mating, and other species of animals that respond to his voice, and proposes an approach to try to generate equanimous relations between human and non-human animals.

Sound Installation: Multichannel 5.1
Length: 14:00 minutes.
Pentagonal structure: 2.8 x 3.6 x 2.8 meters.
